Birds: K - 8th Science
Join us on a feathered adventure with our Bird Six Week Unit Study! Tailored for Kindergarten to 8th graders, this engaging class, using The Good and the Beautiful curriculum, explores the intricate world of birds. From birdwatching and flight secrets to life cycles and diverse species, each lesson fosters curiosity and appreciation. Answers: Creation - Joseph K - 5th
This once-a-week Bible class uses the Answers Bible Curriculum to explore God’s story from Creation to Joseph over two 15-week semesters. Students will engage in age-appropriate lessons and activities. In the fall, students study Creation, the Fall, the Flood, and God's covenant with Noah.
In spring, they explore the Tower of Babel, Abraham’s journey, and Joseph’s life.
Younger students enjoy crafts and storytelling, while older students dig into Scripture and apologetics. The curriculum helps children understand the Bible as one unified story, revealing God’s character, His plan for redemption, and their role in it.

Bones and Stones - Part 1 of 2
This class is perfect for hands-on learners who love to explore and discover.
Students will explore the exciting worlds of paleontology and geology through engaging stories, videos, and lots of hands-on activities. The course is split into two 15-week semesters, each covering different material, so families can choose to enroll in one or both sessions!

Writing 6th - 8th: Ancient History Based
Explore ancient civilizations while mastering powerful writing skills! Using IEW’s Structure and Style method, students will write across nine different structures—from note-taking and story retelling to essays and critiques. Topics span from Egypt and Mesopotamia to Greece and Rome, with engaging lessons in both semesters. The first semester focuses on summarizing and organizing ideas; the second builds into reports, essays, and creative writing. Students gain confidence, structure, and style as they write about legendary leaders, myths, and events that shaped the world. Perfect for middle schoolers ready to sharpen their writing through meaningful, history-rich content.

Writing - 3rd - 5th: Structure and Style
This course gives 3rd–5th grade students a strong foundation in writing by teaching them how to organize their thoughts, structure clear paragraphs, and add stylistic elements like strong verbs and vivid adjectives. IEW’s step-by-step method helps students build confidence by breaking the writing process into manageable parts: reading, outlining, writing, and revising. The curriculum is age-appropriate, engaging, and proven to help even reluctant writers find their voice. My goal is to equip your child with lifelong writing tools that will support success in both academic and creative writing for years to come.

Missing Money Mystery: 2nd - 3rd Forensic Science
Dive into the world of forensic science with Missing Money Mystery, a hands-on investigative course designed to spark curiosity and develop critical thinking skills. This immersive experience engages students in real-world problem-solving, teamwork, and scientific discovery.

Mammals 12 Week Unit Study
K to 8th small groups - Each grade range has its own time slot, ensuring age-appropriate learning and engagement!
Students will explore the unique characteristics that define mammals and learn how they are classified into groups such as primates, canines, felines, ungulates, bats, rodents, marsupials, monotremes, bears, and more. The course also includes a lesson on Alaskan mammals and their specific adaptations to the environment. Students will gain an understanding of ecosystems and how mammals interact with other living things within them. They will examine how mammals give live birth and care for their young. Throughout the unit, students will participate in hands-on science activities, including simulating how to milk a cow, identifying and tracking mammal footprints, and investigating how certain mammals use special abilities, such as echolocation in bats or scent tracking in wolves, for survival.

Cookie Jar Mystery: 4th - 6th Forensic Science
Who broke the cookie jar? Who took the cookies? In The Cookie Jar Mystery, students in grades 4-6 will become forensic investigators, using real-world science to solve a classroom crime! This engaging, hands-on course introduces students to forensic science fundamentals through lab analysis, fieldwork, and critical thinking.

Rogue Rodent Mystery: K - 1st Forensic Science
